The University of North Florida softball team fell, 1-0, to Maryland in extra innings, but fought back in their second game of the day to defeat No. 16/17 (ESPN/NFCA Top 25) Ohio State, 1-0. Senior pitcher Devyn Findley tossed a complete game in UNF's shutout of OSU.

The University of North Florida baseball team fell to crosstown rival Jacksonville, 13-10, at Dusty Rhodes Field at Harmon Stadium on Friday night. The Ospreys led by two late in the game, but a five-run eighth inning by the Dolphins led to the JU victory.
