Endowed Scholarships

Endowments are living gifts that impact University of North Florida student-athletes forever. Designed in perpetuity, endowed scholarships are invested with the intention to never invade the original contribution. Endowed scholarships may be named and the donor may specify the scholarship criteria within the athletic department.

The University of North Florida recognizes endowments as gifts of $25,000 or more.

Pledges

Supporters of UNF Athletics looking to make a contribution have the option to do so on an installment plan known as a pledge. This is a useful option for those looking to make a large contribution without the ability to give all at once. Pledges may be paid over a five year period with number of installment options. For more information about pledging your support to the University of North Florida Athletic Department please contact a member of the Osprey Club staff.

Osprey Club in Action

“I can honestly say that my student-athlete experience at UNF was the highlight of my life. I was given the opportunity to succeed both on the track and in the classroom. The financial support I received from UNF was key in allowing me to use what limited time I had to study and excel in challenging classes. Without this support, I never would have made the same impact on the track, and I likely would not be in medical school today.”

-Will Pearce, Former Track & Field Athlete, Medical school student and Atlantic Sun Post-Graduate Scholarship Winner
