You are required to submit all medical paperwork to the Athletic Trainers Office out in the Soccer/Track Stadium, there are signs once you get out there to help you find their office. (DO NOT bring them to the Main Athletic office in the Arena) The link for the forms is listed below: http://www.unfospreys.com/sports/2007/11/14/walkons.aspx?id=47
This information can be found at UNF’s Athletic website www.unfospreys.com under the “Inside Athletics” tab, select “Sports Medicine”, in the “Participation Forms & Pre-Participation Physicals” section select the “Walk-on tryouts” links.
The deadline for the paperwork to be submitted to the Trainers is TBA. Please review the necessary paperwork now so that you have plenty of time to get the required forms signed and completed.
At auditions you will be taught an easy sideline cheer that repeats itself, a 3-4 eight count dance that repeats itself, the jumps you will need to show at auditions along with splits (females only). The process will be very basic and simple. You will be given a break to review the material and to grab some lunch before auditions begin.
