Horne tied for second after opening round 69
Saturday's second round at the par 72, 6,962-yard course will begin with tee times between 9-11 a.m. The final round on Sunday begins between 8-11 a.m.

Leading the way for UNF is senior J.C. Horne who shot a 3-under, 69, and sits tied for second, just one stroke behind
Freshman Kevin Phelan and sophomore Joe Byun are also in the top 10 after shooting under par rounds. Phelan shot 2-under (70) and is tied for fourth and Byun 1-under (71), tied for ninth.
Junior Chris Kennedy is tied for 52nd after an opening round 75 (3-over) and sophomore Kevin Aylwin is tied for 76th with a 7-over, 79.
Senior Jordan Gibb, competing as an individual, is also in the top 10 after a first round 70 (-2).
“The team played really well today,” said UNF head coach Scott Schroeder. “J.C., Kevin and Joe all carried us today. Tomorrow the course will get firmer so we will need to remain patient.”
